Accepted Methods of Payment

  • We currently except payment by Cash (in-store only), Paypal, Cheque (at managements approval) or BACs Transfer. If you would like to pay by Cheque or BACS please contact us first so that we can send you payment instructions.

Delivery Information

  • All orders are usually shipped within 3 to 5 days either by first class mail or by Courier, please note that it may take longer in certain instances for your item(s) to arrive.
  • Please inspect the goods upon arrival or collection and contact us within 14 days if there is a problem.

Back Orders

  • Some products on our website can be back-ordered if they are not currently in stock.
  • The process can take from 3 to 10 working days. Once a request for a back-ordered item has been purchased we will process your order and request the item from our suppliers. We will endeavour to keep you informed of the progress of your order as it is receive and dispatched to you.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policy

In the unlikely event of a problem the buyer will be responsible to pay the postage to return the item, however before doing so a request to return and item must be made.

When the item arrives back to us we will perform an inspection before arranging a replacement, we will keep you informed during this process as needed. If, after 14 days, a replacement cannot be sent for whatever reason, a full refund for the item will be given.

Please note that we cannot accept any returned item if:

  • It has been physically damaged by the buyer.
  • It is outside of the purchase date by 14 days or the warranty period (if applicable) has expired.
  • If prior agreement has not been received.

  2. You can post or deliver in person items to be returned item to:

  3. Please include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Please return the item in the original packaging.
